Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you. 

 

We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin, human hair and each bundle is from a separate donor we do not guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly pattern; the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. We will ensure that all bundles are the same color.  Please be aware that if you are dissatisfied with the color or texture, we will exchange your purchase one time only. If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution.

•    100% upfront

•    As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.

•    We take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information.

 

Privacy Policy

 

•    We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form

•    You may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

•    We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information

•    We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.

 

Refund / Cancellation Policy

 

•    Refunds available AFTER hair is returned

•    Customer responsible for Shipping cost for refund

•    Initial Shipping cost will not be refunded

•    No refund on special orders

•    Cancellation only available on orders NOT yet shipped

•    All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase

•    Any alteration to the condition of the hair including perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.

•    A fee of 10% for order change and the differential in cost for your exchange must be paid by the customer to complete the exchange for a different texture, color, or length.

•    Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if hair has been used. 

•    A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not altered or used. 

•    You must contact us prior to sending your returns or exchanges for return code if the return code is not on the package we will return to sender. Please check our shipping and processing section for more details.

•    Please allow 5-10 business days for refund to post in your account. *Note that refunds may appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued

 

Shipping Policy

 

• Allow 1-2 Days for processing

• All items will be shipped via USPS

• USPS Shipping terms and conditions apply

• We are not responsible for lost shipments

• All prices on the website exclude shipping fees

• We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, if an order is placed on a weekend or holiday it will be shipped the following business day

• If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days

• You must contact us prior to sending your returns or exchanges for further instructions
